These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HabitClips mobile application ("App"), developed and published by Skynr Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users on Android platforms and any other platforms on which the App may be made available in the future.
HabitClips is a habit-tracking application designed to help you visualise and maintain positive behaviour changes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the reputation of the App.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements ("Remove Ads"). This purchase is processed through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's payment terms and policies.
For purchase support, use the "Restore Purchases" option within the App's Settings screen. For billing disputes, contact Google Play support directly.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These advertisements are governed by Google's advertising policies and terms of service. You agree not to click on advertisements in a fraudulent or artificial manner.
You may remove all advertisements by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase described above.
The App, including but not limited to its name "HabitClips", logo, design, graphics, user interface, animations, text, and code, is the exclusive property of Skynr Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, brand names, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skynr Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you use the App entirely at your own risk, and Skynr Labs has no liability for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the App unlawfully, created a security or abuse risk, or where suspension or termination is required by law. Where practicable, we will provide notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We may also notify you through the App or on the App's Google Play listing.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
